Additional person charges

Rates are based on 2 adults per unit.
  • Each additional adult (16 yrs and older) $10.00
  • Each additional child (3 yrs to 15 yrs old ) $5.00
  • Children 2 yrs old and younger are free

Pets

Pets are permitted. $20.00 per pet, per stay. Pets are to be kept on a leash at all times, and owners are responsible for cleanup of their pet. Pets are not permitted within the fenced area of the pool.

Log Cabin Availability

We have 7 two bedroom log cabins which are all of the same design. Therefore when booking log cabins #10-13 and #15-17 we do not guarantee which number of the unit you may be getting.

Log Cabin Availability In Winter

Certain units such as the Log Cabins and Chalets are traditionally closed for the winter season. If it is determined that we need to open these units from January to March to accommodate hockey tournaments or group functions then we will do so at a PEAK SEASON RATE.


Policies

Credit Cards

Deposit or credit card required to reserve accommodations.

  • During the summer season the cancellation period is 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. There is an exception for larger units #1,18, 20 and 24. A 30 day cancellation period will apply to these special units. Cancellations made prior to the two week cancellation period will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00. The total charge for your reservation will be charged to the credit card on file two weeks prior to your arrival date - unless alternate payment has been. Guests may use credit card, email transfer or money order for prepayment.

    Summer Season:
    A deposit of 10% or minimum of $50 is required at the time of booking for most units.

    A deposit of 10% or minimum of $100.00 is required for Units #1,18, 20, and 24.

  • For the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons, a 48 hour notice of cancellation is required for weekday reservations. However, a weekend reservation requires a 7 days notice. Statutory holidays and group bookings require 14 days notice to cancel. Cancellations made within the cancellation periods are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
During the winter season the cancellation fee will be waived for "state of emergency" conditions, or where snow conditions in the area are unsuitable for snowmobilers.

The rates listed, and quoted on any confirmation issued, will generally be honored for a 6 month period from the date of booking. However, rates are reviewed periodically each year and may be adjusted to reflect conditions such as market acceptance; maintenance and unit upgrades; and local and national events. It is advised to contact the reservations desk at least 60 days prior to your check-in date to confirm the rate for this unit.

SUMMER SEASON:

  • Advance bookings( booked prior to June 1st.) require a 4 night minimum for Peak season only.
  • Weekends require a 3 night minimum booking Pre and Post Peak season (See Rates graph for dates)
  • Advance summer bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation penalty.
